  • 1/2 pound 1/2 Italian sausage

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 chopped onion

  • 2 tbsp 2 blanched finely ground almond flour

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp 1 minced fresh garlic
