  • 3/4 cup 3/4 shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp 2 full- fat cream cheese

  • 1 large 1 egg


  • Place pork rinds into food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  • Place mozzarella into a large microwave-safe bowl. Break cream cheese into small pieces and add them to the bowl.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds, or until both cheeses are melted and can easily be stirred together into a ball.
