Ingredients

  • 4 large 4 Eggs

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 Chopped pickled Jalapenos

  • 2 ounces 2 Full-Fat cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 Onion powder

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with garlic powder and onion powder, then pour into four silicone muffin cups.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, place jalapeños, cream cheese, and Cheddar. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  • Take a spoonful, approximately 1/4 of the mixture, and place it in the center of one of the Egg cups.
  • Repeat with remaining mixture.
  • Place egg cups into the air fryer basket.
  • Adjust the temperature to 320°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
