  • 4 large 4 Eggs

  • 4 (1-ounce) 4 slices deli ham

  • 2 tbsp 2 full- fat sour cream

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 diced green bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp 2 diced red bell pepper

  • 2 tbsp 2 diced white onions

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 shredded medium cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Place one slice of ham on the bottom of four baking cups.
