Instructions:
- Cook the Bacon:
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy (about 4-6 minutes, flipping halfway).
- Remove bacon and place on a paper towel to absorb excess grease.
- Prepare the Hash Browns (Optional):
- In the same pan, add a little butter.
- Spread the hash browns evenly and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Eggs:
- Crack the eggs into the pan (after cleaning or using a fresh pan).
- Cook as desired:
- Sunny-side up: Cook without flipping until whites are set.
- Scrambled: Beat the eggs in a bowl, pour into the pan and stir gently until set.
- Over-easy: Fry and flip gently, cooking the yolk lightly.
- Toast the Bread:
- Toast the slices of bread in a toaster or on the pan.
- Spread butter, jam, or syrup on the toast.
- Assemble and Serve:
- Plate the bacon, eggs, toast, and hash browns together.
- Add optional sides like fresh fruit, orange juice, or coffee.
