Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Onion Rings are one of the best keto snacks I’ve ever had, and you don’t have to be on a Keto or Low-Carb Diet to enjoy them. They are simple to make and only require a few ingredients.


  • 1 large 1 onion, peeled

  • 1 tsp 1 sriracha

  • 8 slices 8 sugar-free bacon


  • Slice onion into 1/4″-thick slices. Brush sriracha over the onion slices.
  • Take two slices of onion and wrap bacon around the rings.
  • Repeat with remaining onion and bacon. Place into the air fryer basket.
  • Adjust the temperature to 350°F and set the timer for 10 minutes.
  • Use tongs to flip the onion rings halfway through the cooking time.
  • When fully cooked, bacon will be crispy.
