  • 6 (about 4 long each) 6 jalapenos

  • 3 ounces 3 full-fat cream cheese

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 shredded medium cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 garlic powder

  • 12 slices 12 sugar-free bacon


  • Cut the tops off of the jalapeños and slice down the center lengthwise into two pieces.
  • Use a knife to carefully remove white membrane and seeds from peppers.
  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, place cream cheese, Cheddar, and garlic powder.
  • Microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
  • Spoon cheese mixture into hollow jalapeños.
